For cancellations made up to one week before arrival, we charge 50%; for cancellations 3 days before arrival, 75%; for cancellations on the day of arrival, 100% of the rental price. Cancellations made prior to this are free of charge

Rates include bed linen, towels, utilities, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi. Upon arrival, the beds will be freshly made, and towels will be ready for you.
This is a non-smoking apartment; however, smoking is permitted on the balcony and in outdoor areas.
No pets allowed.
Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted. Visits lasting longer than 5 hours will be charged as an additional guest.
Check-in from 3:00 PM (or earlier by arrangement); check-out by 11:00 AM (or later by arrangement, subject to availability).
